Solo artist Adam Washburn has performed with maritime artists Matt Minglewood, Christina Martin and Gypsophilia. Adam has performed on the Saint John Harbour station mainstage, joined as a member of the band The Playdatesfor their Canadian tour and taken home three Saint John Music Awards. His EP ” Beautiful Things” will be released in July 2013.

Three-time International Songwriting Competition Finalist (2010/2011/2012), Andy Brown has emerged a must-see performer on the International music scene. An official Taylor Guitars artist and iTunes chart topper, Brown’s honesty as a songwriter, expressive showmanship, and soaring vocals has made him a fan-favourite wherever he performs, from Sydney, NS to Sydney, AUS.  His new album ‘Tinman’ was released on April 30th, 2013. The 13 song L.P. features co-writers with some of Canada’s most renowned songwriters, including David Myles, John Angus MacDonald (The Trews), Damhnait Doyle, and Tim Chaisson

Gagnant de deux prix SOCAN, Cédric Vieno est un auteur-compositeur-interprète de Robertville au Nouveau-Brunswick. Au cours des deux dernières années, il a participé à plusieurs manifestations culturelles tant en Acadie qu’au Québec. Since 2010, the electronica duo In Dreams has been working obsessively; tweaking, experimenting, and planning. By blending vocalist Susan Colwell’s soft ethereal vocals with producer Nick Fowler’s frantic obsession to detail, In Dreams invites you to experience it’s lifeblood; music created from it’s lucid reality.

A deep sense of warmth and comfort permeates Far Gone Lullabies, the fourth album by Canadian singer-songwriter Jessica Rhaye. Hailing from Miramichi NB, Jimmy Lingley has become a noted singer, songwriter, musician and performer all before the age of 20. His latest release, The Definitive Superhits, is a playful amalgamation of his two most recent releases prior, and offers an insightful glimpse of what’s to come from this rising Canadian talent.

Jinx the cat is a four piece rock reggae jam band that loves getting people movin and groovin with our blend of reggae, rock, and boots n’ cats. A Jinx show is always a funky night, and we would like to thank the community for your continued support and passion for music!

Avec un baccalauréat en guitare classique, il devient professeur de guitare à l’Université de Moncton et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon. Il fonde l’École de Musique JB et regagne la scène musicale en accompagnant des artistes, dont Pascal Lejeune. Il fonde un groupe de blues, Le John Boulay Blues Quartet, avec ses propres compositions. Le groupe en janvier 2013 lance un album de blues électrifiant suivant la tradition d’Offenbach, et la sainte trinité des Kings, BB, Freddie et Albert!

Loopbased, indie-dance musician Jonah Hachgrew up in Moncton, New Brunswick Canada. With a college background in Digital Audio from CATAC, the music he currently creates is progressive, catchy, dancy and silly. His show contains nonsensical lyrics and jokes and his music is backed up by projection images and sound reactive lights. Hachs been known in the past for playing groups such as punk-rock group The Motorleague, metal-funk group Something Delicious and the acid-jazz band Les Paiens.

Les Païens arguably put Moncton, NB on the jazz/rock map in Canada. 2012 brings a new set of tones and sounds to the band. Adding to the original sound of guitar, bass, drums and winds, we can now add loops, laptops and synth and a new member to the canvas. Founded in 1994 and 4 albums to date, the quintet has shared gigs with artists including Charlie Hunter, Slowcoaster, Big Sugar, Kermit Ruffins, Kyle Eastwood and Jean Leloup.

Acclaimed singer-songwriter MIKE BIGGAR offers infectious Country-Rock melodies spiced with roots, blues, and soul, and scripted with lyrics of life, loss, and love. Winning both Music NB (2011) and ECMA (2012) awards for his much-loved holiday album THE SEASON, Biggar has been signed to Busted Flat Records for distribution of his much-anticipated album FEELS LIKE NOW (September 2013).  An ardent live performer solo or with his band, Biggar’s on-stage demeanor mingles a disarming, relaxed humor with soaring vocals, intimate lyrics and a keenly focused performance energy, making instant fans of those who drink his musical potion.

Ryan LeBlanc is an ECMA award winning solo multi-instrumentalist from St Andrews NB.  Some of the most exciting acoustic music to come out of the East Coast of this country in recent years has flowed from the nimble fingers and exceedingly creative mind of multi-instrumentalist Ryan LeBlanc. Ryan has been a hit regionally, nationally and internationally whether it be in small intimate house concert settings, in front of hundreds in European theatres or thousands at the Montreal Jazz Festival audiences are always craning their necks to see just what exactly it is he does with his guitar or banjo. 

Samantha’s passion, desire and drive have led her to achieve incredible success in just a short time. Samantha was featured and performed on the 2010 Vancouver Olympics Opening Ceremony. She was the 2010 East Coast Music Award Winner for “Fans Choice” and composed and performed on the Documentary CD “This Is My America” With Dolly Parton and Mark O’Connor. Three time Music NB award winner, Samantha has performed on many prestigious stages and events, standing ovations during 2 week tour of China as a professional soloist with the New Brunswick Youth Symphony Orchestra, represented province of New Brunswick as Tourism Ambassador on US junkets, Celtic Colours Cape Breton, Carnegie Hall, Grand Ole Opry, Wild Horse Saloon in Nashville, the Calgary Stampede new artist stage and youth stage, Klondike days in Edmonton, the nationally broadcast CBC TV East Coast Music Awards show, CBC Acadian World Congress Closing Show,  A Musical Maritime Odyssey performing for Queen Elizabeth II during her last Canadian visit in 2002 and for Prince Charles during his visit to Saint John, NB in 2012.

Scotty and the Stars is an award winning children’s musical entertainment group that delivers positive messages, encourages active participation and promotes musical education through original music and enthusiastic live performances. Scott Sampson (vocals, guitar, charango, banjo), Nicci Blewett (vocals, mandolin, banjo, ukulele, violin), Kelly Waterhouse (vocals, ukulele, saxophone, clarinet, percussion, flute) and Richard Gloade (vocals, bass, guitar) provide a musical and theatrical experience where children march, stomp, clap and dance their way through this interactive and fun-filled musical journey. The release of their highly-anticipated third album “Time to Get Up” is an exciting step for Scotty and the Stars as they expand their music across North America and solidify themselves as one of Canada’s premiere children’s musical entertainment groups. 

Artiste émergent de la Péninsule acadienne, Shaun Ferguson s’inscrit dans la nouvelle génération de guitaristes et compositeurs à surveiller. C’est en 1992 que Shaun découvre la guitare, et ses expériences musicales au cours des dix années suivantes l’amènent à développer sa vision d’un projet personnel s’articulant autour de ses compositions. Depuis 2001, Shaun affine sa signature et son identité musicales en plus de multiplier les associations et les prestations. En 2011, il présente le fruit de son travail au grand public en signant un premier album entièrement constitué de matériel original.

Shaun has his own style of piano-pop; built on catchy melodies, sophisticated musicianship and artful lyrics. Leading the charge are his vocals that blend the smoothness of John Mayer with the chops of Justin Timberlake. In May of 2013, Shaun launched his first studio album, Kaleidoscope, with the help of producer, Robin Anne Ettles.

Imagine yourself sitting around a kitchen table; a sweet voice begins and it is quickly joined in harmony as a variety of acoustic instruments begin to play. The songs may be sad or tearful at times, but are just as likely to be filled with the unbridled energy of a relentlessly slapped double bass, a boxcar ready to jump its track.

Stephanie Mainville is a New Brunswick based, independent singer songwriter with a crystal-clear voice. Her fusion of classical violin and traditional Celtic fiddle playing has earned her multiple awards, most recently a Music New Brunswick award, Covenant award, and ECMA for Gospel Recording of the Year in March 2013 for her Christmas album, Old Man Winter.

Fancy isn’t a word often heard in Eastern Canada and there is nothing fancy about The BackYard Devils. They’re simply playing the music they love. Their debut album is a well-blended mix of dirty country, rockabilly and bluegrass. The musicianship runs deep in this band and although they’re playing old styles they have managed to put their own twist to it.

Since 1997, as an “Old school MC meets electro producer/dj” duo The Cauldron Project has been laying down some of Eastern Canada’s loudest electronically infused hip hop with a touch of nerd-core and delivering it to their fans through an energetic and often unpredictable live set.

NB pop-rockers The Playdates have had 5 singles crack the Top 100 National Mediabase & BDS radio charts with sync placements on both MTV & Degrassi. Recent features on & CTV and 25K+ views of their video for Safe & Sound are all leading up to their 2013 sophomore release “The Sky Inside”.

Formed in 2006 from loose ends of The Organizers, Port City All-Stars, Barracuda Sunrise and Stabby Dancers, Wooden Wives began as an amorphous, boozy stoner chain gang, morphed into a lean mean punky R&B quartet, and always in a state of harrowing metamorphosis, continue pulling everything from hardcore to krautrock into the fray, primed to party at ground zero.
